Dribbling is the heart of basketball. Dribbling makes basketball different from other sports. What so hard to bounce the ball to the floor and back to the hand? Yes it is easy, but don’t take it lightly. Dribbling is very essential in basketball. Once you do it wrong from the beginning, it will become a habit and will be hard to change.
The key of dribbling is to master its basic. With just focus to the basic, you will be able to do any kind of move (freestyle) with your dribbling skill. If you get it correct from the beginning, it will be easier to improve it later time.
How to do a correct Dribble?

- Spreading your fingers over the top of the ball.
- Start the dribble by firmly bounce the ball to the floor.
- Use your finger tips to dribble, don’t use your palm. Finger tips will give you more control to the ball.
- Dribble on side of your body.
- Lower your body to keep the ball at waist level.

-Absorb the impact to gain more control to the ball.
-Always use your finger tips.

-Look up when you are dribbling, not the ground nor the ball.
