If you see the NBA, you must be see that muscle on the body of NBA players. Want to have muscle like that? Of course I want it, don’t know if you. Because of that, since two months ago I joined as a member in local gym. To gain good and athletic body, workout alone is not enough. Your body must be supplemented by good nutrition. What kind of supplements that our body need to build the muscle?
1. Protein
There are four types of protein:
- Whey – the most popular.
- Casein – helps in recovery of bodily injury.
- Soy – type of protein that includes all vital elements of amino acid.
- Egg (white part) – dairy-free protein.
2. Creatine
Creatine provides energy to the cells of your muscles to create “short burst energy.”
Actually there are more types of nutritions like Maltodextrin, Glutamine, or Glucosamine, but I think Protein and Creatine is the most familiar with our regular life.
