Post-up dribble is a dribbling technique that use your body weight to bump to your opponent in order to move closer to the under basket area or to get a better shooting position. This technique usually used when your distance to the basket is not too far and the opponent is playing tight on you.

How to do a post-up dribble?

- Turn your back so now your opponent is right behind you.
- Create a strong and low body position and push backward with your legs with a little help from your body.
- You can only bump using your back, using your shoulder results in a foul.
- Do that moves with a rhythmic along the dribble, dribble-push-dribble-push and so on.
